We are seeking a responsible and motivated Field Executive Officer to manage our collection activities.
The role involves visiting customers at their locations to follow up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections.
The candidate will be responsible for explaining payment details, negotiating with customers for dues, and maintaining proper collection records.
The Field Executive Officer will coordinate with the accounts and collections team, ensure accurate reporting of daily visits and collections, and handle customer queries or disputes professionally.
Knowledge of the local area, good communication skills, and the ability to handle fieldwork efficiently are essential for this role.
Candidates with basic knowledge of billing, payments, and customer handling will be preferred.
The role requires strong follow-up skills, problem-solving ability, and maintaining good relationships with clients while ensuring company dues are collected on time.
