We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance (IPQA) to lead and manage in-process quality assurance activities on the production floor. The role is key to ensuring product compliance, GMP adherence, and smooth coordination between QA and production teams.
Guide and train IPQA officers/executives in routine inspections and documentation practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, RD) for quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and ensure audit readiness at all times.
Analyze quality trends and proactively resolve recurring issues on the shop floor.
Maintain robust documentation and ensure adherence to SOPs, change control, and quality systems.
