We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer (Fresher) to join our Production team.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early professionals who are excited about manufacturing, assembly, and production workflows.

You'll gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and testing of existing products and sub-assemblies.
Monitor and oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing and timely deliveries.
Collaborate with manufacturers to improve workflows and reduce production costs.
Conduct quality checks for incoming and produced components to meet company standards.
Create and maintain production documentation such as work instructions, process flows, and quality reports.
Manage inventory and ensure materials are available to avoid production delays.
Contribute to process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Get practical exposure to procurement, production planning, and supply chain coordination.

Required Qualifications:

BTech / MTech (completed or pursuing) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Practical exposure through projects, internships, or coursework in production/assembly/procurement.

Strong interest in manufacturing operations, production systems, and supply chain logistics.

Basic knowledge of mechanical components and common manufacturing processes.

Familiarity with production planning and workflow optimization.

Good troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
