Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report to management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
