Ensuring products and processes adhere to quality standards through inspections and testing.
Analyzing Data and Identifying Issues: Analyzing data from inspections, tests, and reports to identify and address quality issues.
Collaborating with Other Teams: Working with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to improve product quality.
Creating Documentation: Maintaining records and documentation related to quality control and testing.
Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring products and processes comply with relevant standards and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education:A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is typically required.
Experience:Some experience in quality control or engineering is often preferred.
Technical Skills:Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, quality control methods, and statistical analysis.
Software Skills:Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) software and other relevant tools.
Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
