Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Purchase Executive with a strong background in the pump industry or a distributors office. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of pumps and motors, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and expertise in purchase entries, product code creation, and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally ERP
Create and manage product codes for inventory and billing purposes
Process and record purchase entries accurately
Prepare and generate sales bills and invoices
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits
Coordinate with the purchase and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in the pump industry or a distributor s office
Basic knowledge of pumps and motors is essential
Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory
Strong experience in billing, purchase entry, and product code creation
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25k - 30k per month
