Job description:
1. Familiarity with the quality functions and automobile production process
2. Keep track of documentation such as layout inspection, SPC, PPAP, and MSA.
3. Coordinate with external and internal quality audits and customer assessments.
4. Process validation expertise
5. Proficiency with 7QC tools
6. Experience in resolving customers and product complaints
7. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
8. Monitor production processes and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
9. Lead root cause analysis (KAPPA) for quality-related issues and implement effective solutions.
10. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the production cycle.
11. Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
12. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30k - 40k per month
