Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal building performance.
Control and maintain HVAC systems, lighting, fire alarms, and other building equipment through BMS.
Respond promptly to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and perform corrective actions.
Perform routine inspections of systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
Analyze BMS data to identify anomalies and optimize system performance.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to address technical issues.
Maintain logs and records of system performance, faults, and maintenance activities.
Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor energy consumption through BMS.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and operational guidelines.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Facility Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 15k to 25k per month
