We are hiring for the role of International Voice Process with Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience.

This is a Full-Time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills:

1 to 3 years of experience in international voice process
Excellent communication skills in English
Knowledge of SAP is preferred
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle customers with empathy and professionalism
Good typing skills and computer literacy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends
Prior experience in credit and collection will be an advantage

Roles And Responsibilities:

Handle international voice process including inbound and outbound calls
Listen to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Respond to customer queries regarding product information, pricing, and technical support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service
Follow communication scripts and company policies
Adhere to quality standards and meet key performance indicators
Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
