Key Responsibilities:
Production Support:
Assist in daily production activities, including monitoring assembly lines and ensuring smooth operation.
Work closely with the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Provide support for troubleshooting issues on the production floor.
Process Optimization:
Identify areas for process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve cycle times.
Collaborate with senior engineers to implement lean manufacturing practices, like 5S, Kaizen, and Just-In-Time (JIT) principles.
Collect and analyze data to assess performance metrics and propose optimization techniques.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications at each stage of production.
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits on products and processes.
Document any defects or deviations and work with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions.
Equipment Maintenance and Management:
Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
Support preventive maintenance schedules and report any technical issues to maintenance engineers.
Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment problems to reduce downtime.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare daily production reports, including data on output, quality, and any issues encountered.
Maintain accurate records of production processes, materials used, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with the production manager to ensure that all documentation aligns with regulatory and company standards.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to health and safety guidelines on the production floor, ensuring a safe work environment.
Report any potential safety hazards and participate in safety audits and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with environmental and industry regulations.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other departments, including Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, to meet production goals.
Communicate effectively with senior engineers and supervisors about production status, issues, and any areas of concern.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality assurance techniques.
Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret production data to drive improvements.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in production work.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and teamwork.
