Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Any ITI Graduation
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Operate a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drilling machines to produce precision parts.
Set up and operate machine tools according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Select and prepare materials for machining, including measuring, marking, and clamping.
Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
Skills:
Experience operating various machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Strong safety awareness and adherence to all safety regulations
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all work
