Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in E&I
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure product conformance to established standards and customer requirements.
Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, work in progress, and finished products to identify and prevent defects
Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data, including defect rates, process capability studies, and customer feedback.
Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management
Skills:
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies, including statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
