Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Plan and execute production schedules for the paint shop, ensuring timely completion of orders while meeting quality and delivery targets
Continuously improve paint shop processes, including pretreatment, painting, and drying, to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize defects
Monitor paint quality, identify and analyze defects (e.g., orange peel, runs, sags), and implement corrective and preventive actions
Oversee the maintenance and calibration of paint shop equipment, including spray guns, ovens, and robotic systems
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of paint shop processes, including pretreatment, painting, and drying techniques
Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques, including statistical process control
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues
