Requirements:
Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels.
Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to customers regarding products or services.
Process orders, track shipments, and resolve order-related issues.
Accurately and efficiently enter data into relevant system
Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
Data Entry Skills: Accuracy and speed in data entry.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, email, chat applications, and other relevant software.
