Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in E&I
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Achieve zero PPM (Parts Per Million) defects at the customer end.
Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
Quality Control Principles: Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
Problem-Solving & Analysis: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and generate reports on quality performance
