You will be essential in finding, vetting, and choosing the best candidates for our company as an HR recruiter. Our success and expansion will be greatly aided by your capacity to find and draw in qualified professionals.
What you will do:
Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
What we need:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates
Strong attention to detail
Role: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location: In and Around Chennai
