Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
On-site Inspections: Perform functional testing, visual inspections, packing checks, and other pertinent tests at supplier facilities as part of on-site quality inspections.
Quality assurance: Verify that goods fulfil customer requirements and quality benchmarks.
Report Generation: Following company reporting guidelines and timeframes, create thorough inspection reports based on findings.
Data Collection: Accurately and effectively gather and document inspection data.
Client Communication: Effectively inform clients and suppliers of inspection results.
Continuous Improvement: Spot possible problems with quality, report them, and provide solutions.
Skills:
Knowledge of Quality Control: Excellent comprehension of the concepts and procedures of quality control.
Inspection Methods: Expertise in a range of inspection methods, such as functional testing, dimensional measurement, and visual inspection.
Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
Problem-Solving: The capacity to recognise and successfully address quality-related concerns.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and organising abilities.
