Job Description
Working in our HR department as a Payroll Executive, you will be essential to making sure that our workers receive their pay cheques on schedule and with accuracy. To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent analytical abilities and pay close attention to detail.
What you will do:
Process payroll for all employees, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information and payroll data.
Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations.
Prepare and file payroll tax returns.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll.
Assist with year-end processing tasks, including W-2 preparation.
What we need:
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
Proficiency in payroll software and systems
Excellent data entry and accuracy skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Role: Payroll Executive
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location: In and Around Chennai
