Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take detailed messages, and handle general front-desk emails.
Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Office Coordination: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area. Monitor and order front office supplies, and schedule meeting rooms.
Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.
Organization: Strong multi-tasking and time-management capabilities to handle changing priorities.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and standard office equipment.
Customer Service: A helpful, patient, and professional demeanor, even in high-stress or busy situations.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or a degree in office management is a plus.
