Persuasive Negotiation: Make sure the insurance agent gives a "Call Reference Number" and a precise turnaround time while persuasively arguing for the processing of claims that have been incorrectly rejected or postponed.
Information Gathering: Obtain any missing information, such as updated policy numbers, mailing addresses for claims, or particular documentation needs, from insurance portals or agents.
Documentation: Keep thorough notes in the Practice Management System (PMS) that describe the insurance agent conversation, the call's conclusion, and the necessary next steps.
Required Skills:
Outstanding Communication: Near-native English proficiency with a distinct, neutral accent and the capacity to manage business phone manners.
Persistence: The capacity to maintain composure and concentration throughout protracted wait times or tedious discussions with insurance representatives.
Quick thinking to comprehend insurance lingo and determine the quickest path to claim resolution are examples of analytical skills.
