Job Description:
The Charge and Demo Executive is responsible for handling product demonstrations and managing charging or billing operations related to products or services. The role involves explaining product features to customers, demonstrating usage effectively, addressing customer queries, and ensuring smooth transactional processes. The executive will also support sales teams by providing hands-on product experience to potential clients and assisting in converting leads into sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations for customers and clients.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly.
Handle charging/billing processes related to products or services.
Address customer queries and provide solutions during demos.
Assist the sales team in achieving targets by converting demo interactions into sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of billing or transactional systems.
Customer-focused attitude with a persuasive approach.
Job Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Salary: Above 15k per month
