Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Charge & Demo Entry Operator to join our healthcare billing team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering patient demographic information and medical service charges into billing systems with accuracy and efficiency. Your day-to-day tasks will include verifying patient data, ensuring correct entry of insurance details, entering procedure codes and charges, and supporting the billing team in preparing clean claims for submission. This position plays a vital role in the overall revenue cycle process, as accurate charge and demo entry helps avoid billing errors, claim rejections, and payment delays. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, a strong understanding of basic medical billing terms, and excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with billing software, insurance types like Medicare/Medicaid, and prior experience in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) is an added advantage. However, freshers with a willingness to learn and basic computer skills are also welcome. The candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Medical billing experience is a plus)
