We're seeking a dedicated AR Caller to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices. Your ability to effectively communicate with clients and resolve payment discrepancies will be key to our success.
Requirements:
Outbound Calls: Follow up with patients via outbound calls on unpaid bills.
Reminder and Statement Generation: Provide patients who have past-due payments with reminders and statements.
Dispute Resolution: Address disagreements and billing inconsistencies.
Keeping Records: Keep thorough records of all communications with patients and past payments.
Teamwork: Respond to patient questions and problems by collaborating with internal teams.
Reporting: Create and evaluate reports on the age and status of accounts receivable.
Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and vocal communication abilities.
Interpersonal Skills: The capacity to establish a good rapport with patients and settle disputes in a cooperative manner.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualification: Any Basic Graduation
