About the Company Delphin Energy Private Limited is a leading manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of Solar Pumps, Solar Panels, and Solar Street Lights since 2016, with advanced in-house high-tech manufacturing facilities in Ahmedabad.
Job Responsibilities Promote and sell solar products including Solar Pumps, Solar Panels, and Solar Street Lights.
Provide technical product explanations to dealers, distributors, contractors, and institutional clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions based on load calculation and site feasibility.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Conduct site visits and assist with basic technical assessments.
Coordinate with the technical and production team for project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop dealer/distributor network in assigned territory.
Stay updated on MNRE guidelines and solar subsidy schemes (if applicable).
Technical Skills Required Strong understanding of solar PV systems and components.
Knowledge of DC/AC systems, inverters, controllers, and solar pump technology.
Ability to explain wattage calculation, load estimation, and system sizing.
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and installation process.
Familiarity with tender-based or government solar projects is an advantage.
Educational QualificationDiploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy.
