Your Duties:
Office Facility Management: Manage the upkeep of the office space, including housekeeping, repairs, and making sure all utilities are operating at peak efficiency.
Procurement & Inventory: Oversee the acquisition of stationery, office supplies, and pantry items; keep a precise inventory to guarantee there are no stock-outs.
Vendor management is the process of locating, negotiating with, and overseeing connections with outside service providers, such as maintenance contractors, couriers, and security.
Logistics: Arrange flights, hotel reservations, and local transportation for employees' domestic and foreign trips.
Documentation: To guarantee prompt retrieval, keep contracts, invoices, and legal papers in well-organized physical and digital file systems.
Front-Office Supervision: Oversee call routing, visitor registration, and the handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages in the reception area.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange and plan business events, board meetings, and internal meetings, making sure that meeting spaces have the required audiovisual equipment.
