They act as the primary, in-field face of an organization, ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnosing & Repairing: Troubleshooting technical issues using diagnostic tools, replacing faulty components, and repairing equipment.
• Installation & Maintenance: Installing new products, conducting routine maintenance, and performing preventive measures to avoid future breakdowns.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of service activities, parts used, and time spent on jobs.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations, company policies, and operating vehicles safely.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Technical Knowledge: Strong mechanical, electrical, or electronic aptitude and familiarity with specialized tools.
