Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (phone calls, emails, chat).
Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service focus with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
