Rotary Club of Salt Lake Down Town is going to organise a Fund Raising Mela “MONER TAANEY” on 21.12.25 at AIKATAN Mela Prangan (Mela Ground), IA Block, Sector-III, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700015 (Opp. EZCC, Salt Lake). We plan to utilize the funds generated therein for various social projects which include help for the underprivileged; help for the physically/visually challenged; benefit people towards health care; education of the underprivileged children; help to Old Age Homes/Sr Citizens; Eye/Health Check-up camps; providing artificial limbs to physically challenged persons; Educational help to needy students; distribution of essential goods to the underprivileged; Helping the Visually Challenged; various awareness programmes etc. which will aid the people of the community who are in need of our support and assistance.
2. You are well aware that Rotary International has been doing its service towards the society for more than 100 years throughout the world. The mission of Rotary Clubs are to provide service to others, promote integrity and advance world understanding, goodwill and peace. Rotary Club of Salt Lake Down Town is committed to maintain the highest standards of trustworthiness and dependability to serve the society in the best possible way.
3. This is an opportunity for you to be part of a social cause and also display/sell your products to the general public. For this you may book a Stall in the mela where you can display and sell your products.
4. Cost of each Stall is Rs. 2500.00.
