Today I would like to share something really important, For any marketing agency to achieve your marketing goals you need to invest your time with them than money, you need to explain your pain point, your problem statement, what are your expectations and what is that you want to achieve for your business only then the agency will be able to help you achieve your goals along with walking through in thick and thin.
In a recent conversation with a friend of mine we had a remarkable debate on inhouse team vs marketing agency and she has stated the obvious reasons like, I can sit with my team and explain them my perspective about creatives, they will have a fear of job, they are more inclined to meet our targets as an employee, I can spend time with them in making them understand what we need and all… so I asked her only one question why do you think you cannot do all this with an agency? She replied saying will the agency be ready doing all this with us? My answer was absolutely yes! We as an agency strive to achieve our clients marketing goals we want to see our clients grow we believe our success is directly proportional to theirs so I am like us there are many other agencies who are proving this as right and working towards their client goals.
So, please remove this taboo from your thinking and be in the journey with your agency, work closely with them the results and outcome will be the by product of it.
